Growth OS

An AI-assisted growth system for every distributor, available around the clock.

Neobankify Growth OS is an AI-assisted marketing, lead generation, and customer activation system. Churches, schools, teams, brands, associations, and employers get audiences, but rarely growth infrastructure. Growth OS helps them run campaigns under administrator-defined rules, consent requirements, and program configuration.

For program distributors

Why Growth OS is a competitive advantage

Distributors don't just receive a branded financial app, they can gain AI-assisted growth tooling that helps acquire members, personalize communications, activate cards, support sponsors, and improve campaigns over time, with human oversight and privacy controls.

Always-on

Your AI-assisted growth team, 24/7

Distributors (churches, schools, teams, brands, associations) rarely have sophisticated marketing departments. Growth OS provides infrastructure they often lack in-house, with administrator controls and privacy-aware configuration.

Activation ↑

Higher activation without headcount

Configurable journeys can nudge prospects through download, KYC, card activation, and first transaction, the steps that usually stall without dedicated ops.

Relevance

Personalization with consent-aware data

Interactions can inform what motivates members and when they engage, then adapt the next message, offer, or product suggestion within rules the organization sets.

Dual funnel

Member + partner growth in one system

Acquire members and keep sponsors productive: partner dashboards, offer ROI, redemption heatmaps, and recommended campaigns for merchants where enabled.

Cost ↓

Lower support load

Proactive education, in-app messaging, and AI concierge-style guidance (informational only) can reduce repetitive questions during onboarding and rewards enrollment.

LTV tools

Longer-term engagement tools

Referral detection, VIP identification, re-engagement scoring, and next-best product suggestions help programs deepen engagement over time, without guaranteeing revenue outcomes.

Architecture

Ten AI-assisted systems designed to improve with use

Each engine can feed the others, identity, intelligence, campaigns, content, journeys, conversion, revenue tools, and executive insight, within administrator-defined rules and available authorized data.

01

Identity Engine

Builds a unified customer profile from information members provide and data they authorize the program to use, such as contact details, roles (e.g. alumni, parent, fan), and relationship context, subject to applicable privacy laws and program configuration.

02

Customer Intelligence Engine

Optionally evolves profiles using authorized program data such as eligible spending signals, communication preferences, and educational financial wellness insights. Scores and predictions (where enabled) are configurable, based on available data, and used to improve communications, not as the sole basis for credit or other regulated decisions.

03

Audience Segmentation Engine

Helps administrators build and refresh audiences using configurable rules and available data, for example young families, donors, heavy debit users, or re-engagement cohorts. Segments are optional and program-defined.

04

Campaign Intelligence Engine

AI assists organizations in recommending who might receive which campaign, when, and on which channel based on administrator-defined rules, journey stage, and available response signals. Humans and policies remain in control.

05

Communication Orchestrator

Coordinates email, SMS, push, social, in-app, ads, and wallet notifications under administrator-defined rules so messages stay consistent. Communications are delivered in accordance with user preferences, applicable consent requirements, and program configuration.

06

AI Content Studio

Drafts emails, SMS, ads, landing pages, newsletters, community announcements, and sponsor kits for personalization. Organizations remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before distribution, especially for regulated financial products.

07

Journey Automation Engine

Supports configurable journeys from prospect → activated card → rewards user → optional banking/lending/referral stages, with AI-assisted suggestions and automated steps only where administrators enable them.

08

Conversion Optimization Engine

Can A/B test headlines, creatives, reward amounts, and timing within approved ranges. Winning variants may be recommended or adopted according to program settings, not without oversight.

09

Revenue Optimization Engine

Ranks next-best product suggestions (e.g. connect eligible accounts, activate card, rewards, savings, lending, travel, giving) based on available behavior data. Suggestions are informational for program marketing, not credit decisions.

10

Executive Intelligence Dashboard

Distributor copilot for illustrative performance views: risks, high-value leads, re-engagement opportunities, campaign ideas, and sponsor opportunities, subject to data availability and configuration.

Member acquisition

How members get invited, and how cards get into their hands

Upload your consented member list. Growth OS runs multi-channel invites and onboarding journeys on your NeoBank’s behalf, email, SMS, push, in-app, social, and more, so members register, complete partner checks, and activate cards without you building a marketing team from scratch.

  1. 1

Upload your member or customer list

Import the people you already serve, alumni, congregants, fans, employees, loyalty members, or customers. You bring the relationship; Neobankify Growth OS prepares the outreach journeys.

  2. 2

    Respect consent & preferences

Marketing email, SMS, push, and social messaging only go to contacts who have opted in for those channels under your program rules and applicable law. Prefer-not-to-contact flags and unsubscribes are honored. Identity verification (KYC) for banking products is separate and partner-driven.

  3. 3

    Automated multi-channel outreach

Once enabled for your program, Growth OS runs an automated suite of communications on the NeoBank’s behalf: email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and social messaging where configured, coordinated so members get a coherent invite, not a spam blast.

  4. 4

Members sign up on your branded experience

Invites land on your member landing and SuperApp flow. Members create an account, complete partner identity checks, and accept product terms for eligible services.

  5. 5

    Cards & product activation

Eligible members receive digital card access and, where offered, physical mCard fulfillment. Journeys continue: download app → verify → activate card → first spend → rewards, with human-approved templates and administrator controls.

Consent is non-negotiable

  • You already own the relationship

Your member or customer list is the starting point. Growth OS does not invent an audience, it helps you reach the community you already serve.

  • Opt-in before outreach

Channel-level consent is required. Uploading a list does not by itself authorize SMS, email marketing, or social DMs. Your program configuration and member preferences control what is sent.

  • Automation with administrator control

Journeys, templates, and send windows run under rules you set. Content can be AI-drafted; organizations remain responsible for review before regulated product messaging goes live.

  • Banking signup is partner-grade

Member registration for eligible financial products still completes KYC/eligibility with licensed partners. Growth OS accelerates invitation and education, it does not replace bank underwriting.

Learning loop

Communication → Response → Learning → Better recommendations

Opens, clicks, activations, purchases, and referrals, where authorized, can update profiles. Over time, tools can improve relevance of future campaigns within administrator-defined policies. Insights are not used as the sole basis for credit or other regulated decisions.

  • · Optional daily audience refresh under admin rules
  • · Next-best product suggestions (informational)
  • · Partner marketing automation & ROI dashboards
  • · Privacy, consent & compliance governance layer
